How the sessions work

Sessions last 50 minutes and repeat at a frequency agreed in advance. In the first session we talk about what you would like to work on; you decide whether to continue.

There is deliberately no fee information on this page: advertising rules for health services do not allow prices, discounts or campaigns to be published.

Before you come

What happens in a first session?
There is no rush to explain yourself. We clarify together what you would like to work on, and I answer your questions about how the process runs.
Are the sessions confidential?
What is said in a session is not shared. No records are kept beyond the exceptions required by law; the notes that are kept serve only the continuity of the work.
Do you hold online sessions?
When you cannot come in person, an online session can be arranged. The meeting link is sent together with the appointment confirmation.
Can I change my appointment?
Letting me know at least one day in advance is enough. Another suitable time in the same week is then found.
